I'm always with him in the store. I don't know, maybe it's because they changed something, but the smell used to be very strong. I have about 30+ at home. So it's not about just putting one in the big room or not putting it on the highest level. I have 6 pieces in the kitchen just on top. This should be enough to create an odor strong enough that it would overwhelm most. However, you can't smell it. You can hardly smell the new one I got. I thought it was a bug in the product, maybe by this company. I went and bought in store and it's the same. So I'm only dissatisfied with the product itself, not with the seller.
