I am so in love with this product. My family and I struggle with very dry skin and this helps a lot. The skin becomes very soft. L'Occitane has never disappointed me. As mentioned in other reviews, it's totally worth it! hp I had no problems with packaging/delivery (although I ordered it with other items)
