I needed a compact, inexpensive flashlight to fill photos and videos. I bought 2 different lamps and this one won. at home now, so it's not hard to find a cable. Second, I love analog watch faces. It's easy to switch back and forth to choose the color of the light and see it in the viewfinder or on screen. The other had buttons that had to be repeatedly pressed to change and was 1. slower 2. hard to stay on the object. A good buy for a simple light that will make your job easier. Caesar
