Severe neck pain. I feel a lot better every time after using the massager for 15 minutes. It is wireless and has a separate remote control. It is very mobile and portable. The two connecting pieces are full of elasticity. They can move down and stretch a bit so they fit my neck perfectly. It's really very comfortable and soft. It can warm up right around my neck. The feeling of warmth is really pleasant. There are pretty decent waves. The battery life is really amazing. I charge once every 3 weeks or so. It's really awesome. It would be better if the remote control had a screen and could display the current level and mode.
