I live in Houston where good sunglasses are part of our daily routine. I recently bought a pair of SUNGAIT square polarized sunglasses in Charcoal Gray and I love them but they don't look very "cool". So I bought gold mirrored sunglasses. Versol Aviator UV400 Gold mirrored aviator lenses look pretty cool. The polarized lenses block over 80% of the light and the traditional aviator design is durable. However, I did find a few minor flaws. Even though gold lenses look great on your face, the world inside looks a little bluish. (The SUNGAIT goggles were a pure neutral gray.) But the biggest problem with the Versol aviators was that they sometimes caught internal reflections from your face when the sun hit them properly. Light reflects back into the eyes, creating glare. They're still usable, but the SUNGAIT brand strikes me as more practical, if less trendy. Four stars.
