The pallet arrived on time, the packaging is nice. Colors vibrate strongly when weighed. I had no problems with falling out. However, here is what caused the problem for me. First of all, the palette smells like buying something on the stock market. When applying eyeshadow, I noticed tingling and itching about an hour after the first application. When I removed the shadows I found the pigment had transferred to my skin and no matter how much makeup remover I used the color was still weak. The good news is that the color stays put, and the bad news is that it's not as pretty to shoot. My eye was still itchy and tingly, so I called my doctor. Briefly infected. For those considering buying, here's the truth, it's fairly affordable, the colors are great but the product control is questionable at best.
