out of eight wheels purchased is one Wheel completely blocked. The rest works fine, but it doesn't help much. Now I have to dismantle everything from the self-made workbench, lay the workbench on its back, remove the defective wheel, install a new one, send the defective wheel back or get paid for it (because they can't just send me a new one). So returning and buying again doesn't really save me all the hassle. There's no time for that. Really disappointed with the quality of the locked wheel and now I'm afraid others will be locked. I would rather pay more to avoid all the hassle in the future. Disappointed with the quality of service from the company when I called. Revan would like to send me 4 bikes and return 4 bikes. So wasteful if you can only send one and we'd call it good.
