Easy to use, can be used for any type of documents (eforms etc).

The templates are very complete so you don't have much work when creating new ones; it's already done! I would like that there was more customisation options available - eform editor is not enough in my opinion. It could also help if we had some kind of guide about how each field works or what they should look/behave like. We've been using this tool since 2015 but only now did our users start complaining because their forms were too long as well as having many fields which made them difficult to fill out without errors appearing all over the place.
