I love you. OK. Enjoyed and had high hopes. I still like the look, but it barely works. very disappointing. my age lasted more than 15 years. it's not even a year old. does not call. If I hear another phone ringing, I can answer on that one. It can dial a number, but you can't choose how to connect to different departments. Buttons don't work. Since it only does half of what it's supposed to do, I lowered my star rating to 3. It cost so much I wish I could return it and get it back. but i missed the return time i think. no guarantee beyond 90 days. that's how long it took. I want to open it but there are no screws and it seems solid. I'm tempted to use a dremmel to open it. it just has to be louder. WISH AMAZON WILL CONTACT ME. PHONES MUST BE DURABLE. FOT GUARANTEE 30 or 90 days is ridiculous. HELP
