I gave 4 out of 5 because the straps are too big but he grows into it and the waist straps fit perfectly. Unlike my last high chair I can fully tighten the straps, it is durable and the material is excellent quality whereas the last high chair was flimsy, flimsy and cheap. I first bought an Aspen children's Elx model but I hated almost everything about it and then it broke within the first month. I absolutely love this high chair. The back is shaped to be much more comfortable and better padded than most. My baby actually sleeps in it when fully reclined with the bottle. I didn't know what PU was. Its skin is really soft and easy to clean, and at least it can be waterproof. It's a nice moss green color that my baby seems to like. The tray is easy to put on and take off with one hand, the liner is also removed and easily put back on. I checked wheels with him throughout the house as I rode it from the living room, across the carpet, onto the hard floor, through the narrow hallway to the bathroom and back again. I also like that when I fold the tray I can pick it up or lay it on my back for storage. The main reason for choosing this chair is the seat height, which fits any desk. It comes down to the ground which is perfect for our camping trips or coffee table meals. 2 buttons are needed to lower, but not to raise. And I love that I can raise the footrest so his little legs don't dangle because they aren't long enough to bend his knees and it makes it a lot more comfortable for him. I wasn't sure at first because I had never heard of this brand, but companies don't get famous. I'm very glad I tried it and I highly recommend it. My mom has a Graco Space Saver chair and while it's a good basic chair and highly rated on Amazon, I prefer it.
