Good for the road to stand out. I don't know why I thought the LEDs were red. They look red in the photos but are actually orange. A little difficult to open the washing machine to insert the batteries. I don't think the puck is as bright as the photo but it will be noticeable. I can't see why you would use any hook other than hanging from your clothes or if you have space while the trunk is open? As I put the batteries in, I remembered to tear off the part of the card that they were on and wrote the date on the back so I know how long they've been in in case I otherwise forget. (just a little FYI) You never know when you're going to need them. I thought of storing them separately before use. Came back April 23rd because I found a 6 pack for a little more.
