Although not very easy to install, it does the job well. I've measured and double checked about 8 times to avoid mistakes. It's a 70". -Vizio, where the vertical center point of the TV is 49" off the floor. Unfortunately, the studs in my wall weren't anywhere near centered as I wanted them to be, so I did my best and left the TV about 9" to the left moved - the flexibility of assembly is fantastic Overall it doesn't seem as super durable as I was hoping (this is my first, maybe my expectations were too high) BUT I think we need a category 4 hurricane, to rip it off the wall.(Next we'll repeat the access so those cables disappear from view.)
