I absolutely love this restorative face oil, and I'm so impressed with how it performs. I have a combination type skin, with an oilier T zone, and drier areas around my chin, that are even prone to flaking from time to time. I hesitate sometimes to use oils, because of my oilier T zone, and don't want to exacerbate any oil production. I also don't want to encourage any possible acne, which can happen to me from time to time. The oils that comprise this particular face oil, must be magic, because they don't exacerbate my oilier areas. I have used it alone as a moisturizer, or rather a replacement for my moisturizer, as well as in combination with a moisturizer. It always leaves my skin feeling nice and smooth, and does a great job especially on my drier areas, in preventing any sort of flaking issues. For me, I applied after my shower before going to bed at night. I guess you could say that I use it as an overnight oil, and for me I wake up in the morning with skin just as soft as when I first applied it. All in all, I only have positive things to say about it, and so from my experience would feel comfortable recommending it. It certainly is on the pricier side of things, but oftentimes you get what you pay for.
