The top board is cheap chipboard with a crappy surface, a rough texture that feels rather uncomfortable, it should have been a smooth surface. I'm pretty sure they sent me a used one, although I paid for a new one it was quite dirty and the bottom right corner was damaged so that's disappointing. If it's all the way down and you choose too strong, the springs will rattle. They seem to have taken advantage of the bar table hype so they figured nobody would care if they double charged. It works great for what it is, I just wish it didn't feel so cheap. Not worth $100.
