I love these pants & highly recommend them for comfort, fit & style. Depending on the color/pattern you choose & your personal style- they can be worn as lounge pants for home or errands or for work and going out. This is the 3rd pair I've bought. The black looks nice enough that I can wear it to work or out. Could be dressed up for going out as well.They are soft without being fuzzy to touch like many soft, warm materials or too thin like cooler (think Modal for summer).The waist is flattering with a drawstring mid-wide waistband that doesn't compress or restrict at all (I can't stand anything tight or even mild elastic around my waist) but unlike other non-elastic pants I've bought that stretch out after a few wears or washes then don't stay up, these have maintained their shape. I wash them on cold, delicate then hang them dry, so not sure if would hold up as well in warm or hot water.The length is just right for me, I am 5'7, with legs & torso fairly proportionate - so I can wear them without heels and they just hit the top of my feet. (Beware, there is some stretch- so if you pull on them while sitting too often they will start to stretch longer). If I wear them with a basic low to mid heel, they would hit just right, though so far I've used the ones I bought last year as lounge pants & they are just long enough to cover without stepping on.
