What a disappointment. returned it

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. I bought a Huion Kamvas 16 pen display last year but had to return it because it was accidentally and repeatedly producing unexpected straight lines. If a product doesn't work right out of the box, that could be an indication that the company's quality control process is unreliable, right? Okay I thought, now I understand why people call their products cheap imitations or Wacom alternatives, and next time I will definitely buy a Wacom product! At first I was planning to get Wacom Cintiq 16 but then 13. The 3" Wacom One Interactive Flat Panel was just coming out so I bought it instead of the Cintiq 16 as it was cheaper and newer. I was very excited Finally got my hands on a Wacom pen display! The retail box had a few dents but the product inside was fine. The Wacom One pen display (DTC133W0A) looked good and appeared to be a well-made product from the outside. This is a Wacom product so I expected it to work perfectly once I connected all the cables, installed the drivers and made all the necessary adjustments to the Wacom tablet properties, it turned out to be complete nonsense... I had almost the same problem as Huion Kamvas 16! The cursor flickered, creating random straight lines. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and restarted my computer a couple of times, but that didn't completely fix the problem. Errors kept occurring when trying to open Photoshop (64-bit), and lines were drawn unevenly when using other graphics software. At times everything seemed to work under 32-bit Photoshop, but the lines still turned out to be unstable. Also, the screen resolution wasn't very good and the screen looked a bit washed out. I think it's better to buy an iPad or a 4K interactive display if you prefer a smaller screen size. I also have to mention that the grip feels rather uncomfortable. To be honest, it actually feels like the pen tip is scratching the surface of the screen. Luckily it doesn't damage the AG film, but I think the Huion stylus and the one that comes with the older Wacom Intuos Pro feel a lot better than the Wacom One stylus. I wanted to see if it was compatible with another system and asked a professional illustrator to test it for about 30 minutes. Everything seemed to work fine on his new generation CPU computer, but he hated the pen. Anyway, now I understand why some opinions differ about interactive flat screens. I suspect it is a compatibility issue and I really hope that Wacom will fix the compatibility issues (drivers) soon. I had high hopes for the Wacom product but was very disappointed with the whole experience with this display. I couldn't keep it with such a feeling of doubt and uncertainty about the product so I sent it back the next day. My computer specifications are: Intel Core i7 (older generation), 64-bit operating system / 36 GB RAM / Windows 10 Home Edition. I used Photoshop CS6 and Manga Studio EX5. s is compatible with another system and asked a professional illustrator to test it for about 30 minutes.
