I've been looking at casual/dress shirts for years, it's especially difficult to find the right shirt with a small waist. Most shirts are too big for me or long-sleeved. I have to choose a European or extra size shirt with a very slim fit, 15.5, 32/33 etc. I'm really surprised that size S fits me perfectly. I'm 5'10, 158 pounds. Waist about 31 inches. Usually choose shirt size 15.50-16, 32/33. Although it's not cotton, it's very comfortable and smooth as it's made from bamboo fibers plus some Tratex and can stretch a bit. Cool in summer, cold in winter. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
