Review on 🎒 LOLA Mondo Mini Utopian Backpack by Nate Forleo

This backpack is very nice to look at but the quality leaves something to be desired. I've used it 3 times as a beach backpack for things like sunscreen, Turkish towel, lip balm and sunglasses. With so few things I took with me, it already has a clasp that doesn't kink on either of the shoulder straps. As a result, my nested items no longer stay nested and are thrown to the ground, to my horror. I want to return the money. Or how can I return it and get another one? Bought from Revain. I tried going to MY ORDERS and I couldn't figure out how to return a defective item at all.
