I bought one first to see if it would keep me warm enough when running in cold weather but not suffocatingly warm. It's just perfect, keeping you warm when you start running and then keeping you cool and dry when you start sweating. I went ahead and bought 2 more and will be buying a 3rd soon. Highly recommend if you enjoy exercising outside in the cold. Haven't tried it in severe frosts yet, but so far it's meeting my expectations.
