The toner was opened and delivered used, it was not new as described.

We bought two of these toners. Both came in a sealed box which I just keep in the office and had no complaints on arrival. I had to replace one of these today and when I opened the box the inner black pouch was open and the toner was unsealed. I then installed it on my Xerox copier and the machine gave a low toner message (even though it should be brand new). I open the second and same story. Now I have to buy another toner and have lost over $290. I am extremely disappointed.
