What a strange whistle! At first glance, one might wonder what that is. A light, slightly curved piece of orange plastic. However, it is an excellent, useful device. Those who are into EDC (Every Day Carry) will love the convenience and compactness, especially that it easily attaches to a molle backpack, shirt pocket or belt. There is a loop at the back end through which the chain can be threaded, which is another option. The color makes it stand out. When you need a whistle, you usually don't want to look for it. And it's loud! Very loud. As a kayaker, I intend to attach one to my life jacket ie life jacket and one for the molle first aid kit. I have tried many whistles and this is the best of them all.
