It was hard for me to spend so much money on a pillow, but it was worth it. I have slept well with this pillow for the past few nights and woke up with no pain or discomfort. I'm 4 months now and I hope this pillow continues to be a dream as my tummy just keeps getting bigger! This pillow has ONE BIG flaw. The problem isn't in the pillow, it's in the cover. On the inside of the upper and lower pleats, the cover is sewn with too little rounding, so when you go in and put it around your neck, the seam is very tight. This tight seam can be a metal bar that cuts into the neck. I solved this problem by using a small travel pillow I already had and putting it between me and the mirror. I don't even notice it now! If you're smart, you can easily sew your own case to fix this problem. Since I don't sew, I figured I could just make a few snips in the seam and then use a regular pillowcase with the end cut out to drape over the cut. (I'll do it anyway so I don't have to wash the whole cover every week.) This pillow is big. We have a king bed so we don't mind, but if you have a small bed I can see where that might be an issue. Even your partner needs to snuggle up in a small bed. My husband loves it because I get up very early and he says he feels like I'm still in bed with him! Overall, I definitely recommend this pillow! Just be ready to do something with the stitching on the cover.
