Mine came with two faulty boards. Basically the halls in the boards are too large for screws to tighten. Since I have spent some good time (1.5h I guess) to finish the assembly, I didn't want to return but want to receive replacement parts. Leah at customer service sent me the replacement parts so that I was able to finish the assembly. Many thanks to Leah! I like how it looks and overall construction.
