These were so close to being perfect. They are thick, soft, warm and I love the buffalo check pattern. The only problem it with the grippy dots on the bottom of the socks. They are placed all over the bottom which is good, but just a single one in the middle of the heel area. This makes walking on this one single dot really uncomfortable. It's like walking with something constantly in the heel of your sock pressing up against the bottom of your foot. They'd be perfect had they not put that one big dot in the middle of the heel of the socks.
