I was happy to get this for my 65 inch Vizio and when I opened the box it looked fine but then the installation began. First (and this is where I had to stop and send it back), the cutouts on the frame are too small for a standard AC outlet, so you'll have to place it above or below the outlet. After installation I noticed some sagging. To adjust the sag you need to adjust 2 small screws that face the wall and are very difficult to reach. I had to lift the left side up an inch and then tighten the screws to get it straight. Then to adjust the pitch you need to tighten the 2 lever screws. The problem is that the bars stick out so much when you tighten them. When you slide the TV back, the levers hit the frame, allowing the TV to stick out 4 inches from the wall. Every time I pull it out I have to straighten it. it sucks
