The team at kattern muchinicosenwahas been very responsive throughout our engagement and it has allowed us to focus solely on running day-to-day operations without having any distractions from outside counsel or other parties involved! There have not been many things that I would say were negative about working w/ them - but they do seem like people who are genuinely interested in doing what's right by their client (and therefore we). They also communicate well internally so there haven't really ever needed to call upon another party as far as resolution goes.
