Very useful for customer management

The software is very user friendly and can be run as needed without any assistance from an expert or trainer. It allows users with little background knowledge about using business intelligence tools to easily understand how to interpret data, create graphs, etc., and provides them guidance when necessary to complete tasks that involve this tool. In some cases it's possible there could be some confusion between the various options available in terms of creating new reports. There should also be additional tools offered like drill-down functionality which would allow users who may not have much experience to quickly develop their own custom analysis tools. We use Protime as part of our reporting process to help manage service provider employees. It has helped us to manage PSC's performance and has increased our clients satisfaction level very much. I haven't found any dislikes so far. The support is also very good, always available 24/7. Pro time analytics is very easy to use and their after sales service is excellent. We have faced no issues or dislikes with this software. They provide training as well, which helps me to get started with new features easily.
