Easy to install once you find the right path.

I bought a flashlight for my f150, all lenses are clean and nice. the exterior lights are white and the center light is a red bulb, the wiring consists of three pigtails that plug into your existing outlets, a 3M double-sided foam pad that doesn't appear to be removable without tearing when attached, and 2 small ones Rubber washers for use with your original screws. To connect the plug you have to fish it out. and I cut off the rear nose insert which is the mount to hold this plug in place. When I did this I was able to pull out the old existing headlights.
