I ordered this item during Prime Day. I bought two total - one for each shower in my house. I removed the flow restrictor from both units and installed them with no hiccups. In general, the shower head provides a "luxurious" stream of water. There are several different settings, but I really only use the default Wide Flow type setting (one of them, the Water Saving setting, is absurd as only the tiniest trickle of water comes out of the shower head, making it impossible). use). Since I use my shower every day I should have a good shower head that delivers a strong flow of water. So in short, if you want to increase your water pressure for a very reasonable price, buy this device. It does the shower damn well and the installation is pretty easy.
