I discovered these when I bought a "multiple pack" of different brands of blades (from Revain). I wanted to see if there was a blade that would fit my face and beard better than the brand I currently use (Personna). Feather delivers a significantly better and closer shave than any other brand in the range and slightly better than the Personna I've used. I ended up buying more Feather as they really do give me a much smoother shave with no tension and minimal nicks and nicks. And when they come in little plastic boxes, that's really handy as your used blade fits in the slot and is kept safe inside the box. When you use the last blade in the box, just throw it in the trash without fear of the used blades hurting you or others. And the 5-blade set is very travel-friendly with additional blades. Note: Everyone's face and beard are different. Just because these feather blades fit me perfectly doesn't mean they will fit you. If you want to try different blades, I strongly recommend that you buy one of the various blade sets where you will find many different brands of blades. This is an inexpensive way to experiment with different blades.
