First let me say that I am 5ft 4 inches tall and weigh a heavy 200lbs. That means I have boobs too. YES, this item has a large girth so you can weigh 300lbs and still fit YOU, but it's unlikely to come down the front to cover my butt. so for me no. Oddly enough, the back actually covered my chest and then some of the others. So one side is long and the other is much shorter. The side slits were at the top of the panties making it look like a shirt ending at the lingerie line. If I wanted to proudly show off my amazing thighs, I wouldn't buy a beach cape!
