This antenna works great and I have yet to install it properly. After assembling it, which was very easy, I tested it by placing it on a bush next to my garage (see picture). So, at four feet, I set my Apex TV combo to auto-scan. 48 channels found! and I live in So. Brevard County, Florida, which is on the fringes of many TV stations. I'm sure it will be much better after putting it on a 30ft pole. I would recommend this antenna to anyone looking to cut the cable. UPDATE: After a friend helped me mount it on a 30ft mast, this antenna pulled 61 channels on all the TVs except the two I have. After some TV swapping, I found that the two TVs that can't receive 61 channels seem to have bad tuners. With a separate digital TV tuner you get the full spectrum. Note that the Channel Master website says I can receive "up to" 26 channels from my location, while the FCC website says 18 channels for my location. So I am very happy with the performance of this antenna and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
