These beautiful sheets look cool, but because they're made of microfiber, they don't breathe like cotton sheets. This makes them undesirable on hot summer nights. Our bedroom is air-conditioned, keeping the temperature below 74 degrees, which is quite comfortable, but in the morning the back gets damp from those sheets and we wake up wanting to take a shower, even if we did before bed. Any time of the year except midsummer. Although I really love microfiber towels. They are lightweight and don't wrinkle. They can be easily placed on our solid water bed and simply folded up. They wash and dry great and you don't have to worry about shrinkage or moths. This set is not quite the quality I would like it to be. The elastic in the bottom sheet moves, so the sheet can get tangled when you put it on if you're not careful. And one of the pillowcases wasn't fully hemmed. It was tough for that, but seamless. Easy but annoying to fix. The color is nice and fresh and we will enjoy it as soon as the weather changes. They are also reasonably priced.
