Love the product EXCEPT 1 major thing. I’ve always used lifeproof. I’ve tried 2 different lifeproof cases for my iPhone 11 Pro now and it’s the same issue….when you’re on a call and the screen goes idle (black), it doesn’t light up again when you look down and go to hang up a call, press a button, mute or unmute yourself etc. super embarrassing when I have to leave a 10 minute voicemail because I can’t press to Hangup.I’d get otter box instead. But it’s so bulky and ugly.
