These lip rings sit comfortably on my lip. They are of good length. My only issue is that the screw is on the stone itself, so the batten is hollow. I have to remove my piercing every day for work Monday through Friday, so having to push the hollow bar five days a week can get a little frustrating if I don't get a proper wash often. I also often had trouble getting the screw into the bar and screwing it straight on the first try. It might just be a problem with me, but a problem nonetheless. All in all I would recommend them unless a screw on a gem is a deal breaker for you. I prefer mine on the bar itself.
