Some reviewers said they only got half the tools . I thought the same thing happened to me but then I realized they were snapping onto the cardboard! Yes! See photos. I bought them to put on baby clothes and they are perfect! A little bigger than the fasteners you usually use for children's clothing, but it was ok for me. They are very easy to sew on and a lot cheaper than the buttons that you attach with pliers. And you have so many! They hold together well - not too hard and not too easy to pull the latches apart. I'm very happy with it!
