I make handbags and was hoping the strap and clasps would match. Matte black tape is hard to come by, so I was pleased to get this offer. I got it a few weeks ago and tried it on a couple of small bags and found that some zippers have sharp points that are awkward to use and not as easy to manipulate as other straps and zippers. I think this product could be useful for personal use and possibly bag repair, but I will no longer use it for bags that I intend to sell or make as gifts. If that's your plan, skip it and go for something better, VOC tape and trains are much better. Too bad they didn't have black tape!
