This is a good vise accessory when it fits. The molded in cut outs seem well thought out (square and round). The problem for me was that placing the magnet in the plastic made my vise prevented it from being tight. I considered drilling new holes and relocating the magnets, but that's not the case. Worth my time. If you open the jaws of your vise and look at their flat faces, you can by eye recognize if magnet placement is right for you catches lots of metal shavings.
