Great idea, just bad quality

The bed is very nice, the quality is very disappointing. Ours had a crack in one of the headboards and it looked renovated? Then when we put it together, the legs were wobbly and uneven. They only have 10 days until a newborn photo comes back and there was no way to get a replacement so I'm a slacker.
