I bought XL, I'm 170 pounds, 5ft 6in. This product is ideal for large chests. I was surprised at how well he fitted in and how supported I was. (38DDD) I tend to have large bottoms and was concerned the bottom would be too small but they are actually tight and I wouldn't go a size down. I don't like bottoms and will probably wear another pair with tops. For me the purchase was worth it because the top is so good!
