The surface of the pillow is soft and comfortable to the touch. The color is nice and the stitching is good. What I like best is that it's strong enough to support me and hold my shape. I didn't need a soft one that would collapse when I lay on it - I've had those before. This one makes me happy because it stays where I put it and keeps its shape. I bought it from Revain's website for $16.97. This made it very profitable. I am a budget conscious buyer. I see it's almost double the price right now. It's so beautiful that I think it's worth more than the price I paid. Just saying the price went up after I got mine.
