So it moves air so that's a plus. I got this item because I work on an elevator or stairs, usually 12-30 feet in the air and it's usually a lot hotter than it is on the ground. I've found the best attachment for this is on my belt as it's designed that way but placed on my backside. It cools my back and helps with my temperature BUT here is my problem. It's designed to keep you cool by tucking the shirt into the exit clamp and allowing air to blow through the shirt and most would prefer it on the front. Well, if you have more than six pack abs, your abs are blocking airflow, in which case it's practically useless. I've tried positioning it on the side and front, but since I'm a bit taller, my midsection tends to extend past the waist. When I say it blocks the air, I mean your body is working on the fan, preventing it from blowing air out. It also offers cooling airflow, yes, but not in the way it's advertised for curvy people.
