I don't usually like buying refurbished electronics but I decided to take a chance and buy this PC. I bought it for my grandma who only uses it for solitaire and scrabble. After about 2 weeks, the error message "Hard disk: impending failure" came up and I couldn't get past the error screen. So I sent it back and they sent me a replacement. After downloading the replacement, I get the error message "Non-system disk or disk error. Replace and press any key when ready." This message came up every time I turned it on and I couldn't get past the error screen without having to restart it. I just got this PC for a refund returned and have now learned my lesson against buying a "Certified Refurbished" PC.
