I like the approach to getting issues resolved very fastly for us; without all of the stress associated when going through lengthy trial practice and appeals process. Very thorough and they get straight down to it! Issues can be quite complex - so they do well at helping put things right quickly which helps our case management system run smoother than we may otherwise have hoped for! Could try adding features that would help streamline some aspects/ processes more e.g., quicker access online legal research tool (e.g.; using your desktop computer). We needed speed when dealing with problems relating to employee contracts or unfair dismissal / redundancy claims where an employer could drag out proceedings. Their services are second to none, speedy resolution service. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with them during my time at the firm. They are always willing to help you out and will do what they can for you. Not much to say but they are great! Very friendly and helpful staff.
