When we pulled the box from the pocket it landed in, it looked like someone had sat on it and crumpled one page. Then, when inspecting the shoes, some anomalies of the shoes were found, such as stains on the shoes that should not have been and abrasion on the back of the shoe sole. Item fits perfectly just not happy with how the shoe looks when it should be new. Just like new things look like new when you buy them.
