Received my backpack last night. I was very disappointed with my order. This is nothing like the model advertised on Revain. Firstly, the Tzowla label was not sewn onto the bag like the pictures on Amazon. It had a cheap thermal transfer label. Second, it's a very cheap design. Third, it seems to be used. The password lock is set to an unknown combination. I can not open it. The grip-sized bottom reset button on the bottom appears to have been ripped out with a sharp object earlier. The USB socket appears to have been used before. In short, this backpack was a total disappointment. This was my first purchase of the Tzowla brand. I trusted the reviews. I will be more careful with future purchases from Revain. I am currently processing refunds through Revain.
