My son loves to play with this ball! I bought a VTech Move and Crawl Ball (orange) and it was a great purchase. 7 month old son started crawling. I know he will crawl if he wants to but it really encourages him. If the ball moves on its own, it tries to follow it. The sphere is orange with a switch on the side for on/off and two volume settings. He has different songs and noises he makes when he moves alone. You need 3AA batteries to power it. Pros: - bright color (attracts attention) - moves by itself - resists scratches and falls - plays various songs and sounds - 2 volume levels - interactive. Baby, even when it's already crawling, it will still have fun chasing the ball. I would recommend the VTech exercise and crawling ball for children of all ages.
