Reminder to anyone considering this item: Mine arrived fully boxed and looked brand new. but then other people's short and curly ones stuck in the blade and in the trimmer's head. Being a cowboy now, I simply washed it with hot water before using it and the results have been satisfactory. So this review isn't so much a complaint as a fair warning to potential buyers who might be put off by such a discovery.
