The quality is good, in size
IMO is not small. I'm 5ft 4", 130lbs, athletic build, ordered a medium size, fits well, but next time I'll go small. I swim in these things and I don't want them to swell around me or the water to rise up my arms. .Took off a star as it only took about 40 strokes before all the elastics came off and it was like swimming in a sack. The price has also doubled since the first purchase. I rinse with mild soap and hang dry after every swim. And of course I couldn't find that review so I ordered another medium one, the small one is better for circling. Next time .
