Disappointed with the furniture

I contacted the company, I've had the chair for 4 days and the screws on the left and the inner bracket came out. They said the photo came. which I couldn't send off within a week because I was out of town on business. but i sent them and i get that they send me a small fee to replace the screws. however, will not refund or replace the chair. The chair is poorly made, don't waste your money.
